Hi,
I am Mak. Yes, that’s the name I am known by among my friends hence, let the same be my identity here. Born in a town in Gujarat, after drilling and pulling out my base at some cities of India, I am currently based in Pune 
. I work in a software company. I am Software Engineer by profession, yes… a typical one 
who spends his weekend the most frugal way he can, repents on Sunday evening with friends yelling “Yaar ….could not do anything on this weekend too !!!” making face like sad emoticon of mobile dictionaries, one who plans all his sick leaves between public holidays and weekends so to get long vacation and one who pays more than one and half times of the actual fare to auto rickshaws being helpless. I stay with my friends in a rented flat and we are often introduced by our neighbors as ‘bachelor IT guys’ to their relatives:). We never miss any single invitation of meals by any of citymate at any occasion as we know that God would bless them more for feeding us than feeding even stray cows !!!
My cartooning took birth during my masters study at IIT Bombay where being among two great Hindustani vocal singer friends in the lab, my love for art was revived and subsequently directed towards cartooning. Journey continued after that and I learned a lot on the way. My friend group – aapdupotanugroup, my office mates and readers improved me a lot by passing their valuable suggestions.
I feel cartooning is nice funny way to share our day to day life matters and I have always taken it that way. I never intend to hurt any particulars by throwing hurting remarks, and if it has ever happened so unknowingly, I would sincerely apologize for that.
